Use of the Kenya Digital Tourism Compliance Gateway is limited to lawful registration, licensing, payment, verification, and compliance activities connected to tourism regulation.
Users must provide accurate information, keep account credentials confidential, and only upload documents they are authorised to submit. False declarations, forged documents, or misuse of public verification data may lead to account restriction and regulatory action.
Payments, licence applications, QR verification records, public reports, and officer actions are logged for audit and compliance purposes.
